Pete Doherty taking heroin in prison

London (ANI): It is supposed to be one of the highest security prisons in the UK, but it reportedly hasn't stopped English musician Pete Doherty from finding a way to get high on drugs. The 29-year-old singer, who had been jailed for missing out on drug tests, has been found injecting heroin smuggled into London's tough Wormwood Scrubs slammer. "We can't believe how much he's still clucking for it. They put him inside to force him to give up but Pete always has a need to feed his habit," the Sun quoted a fellow inmate as saying. Doherty is at the moment receiving methadone, which is a substitute for heroin, from the doctors who are trying to wean him off. However, the rocker is topping up with the real thing, say reports.
